Perfect thing for avoiding tension is YOGA. It is the right choice for many things. So start doing YOGA
Keep your self busy doing something
when you do not have any blank time you will not able to get anytension
1. Have an aim.
2. Learn how to achieve it.
3. Work towards your goal every moment of your life.
4. Do not panic when things don't go as expected.
5. Review the progress made at intervals.
6. Do not hurry.
7. Learn to relax. Do not miss your sleep.
