Why my weblinks were Rejected ??

I submitted 14 weblinks two days earlier. Today I found some has been approved and rest four weblinks are rejected.

I can not understand what is the reason behind it?? Because I followed the same procedure for all of them..And the Editors has not mentioned any reason for rejection.

Please read weblink submission guidelines carefully. A maximum of 10 weblinks per day are allowed.

There is no such limit on posting articles, referring friends,posting in forums or posting comments.

Then why there is a limit on posting number of weblinks??

It is to avoid spamming on other websites and to avoid fake postings. If we do not put such we need to review thousands of weblinks per day which is at present we cannot do.
