Jayen do you mean to say Concentration.
When you read a book, if you find it interesting , you put all your energy to read it without any break. It helps to improve concentration.

Sajee whenever you read a book you will notice there are some moments while reading the book when you are not really reading the book but you are concentrating on some other thing hence meditating.

Kumaresh, Dr. Brian Weiss is a very good writer though I have read only one book by him "Many Lives, Many Masters"

Currently I am reading Dr. Zhivago by Boris Pasternak!

I am currently reading Robin Sharma's THE MONK WHO SOLD HIS FERRARI. Before this I read short stories BEST OF SATYAJIT RAY. In some of his tales I would be afraid at night and close the book and sleep.sometimes I like reading READERS' DIGEST

I love to read novel, books etc. My current read is "You Can Win" by Shiv khera. My next would be " Discover the diamond in you" ny Arindam chaudhuri and later " Count your chicken before they hatch" by arindam chaudhuri.
