If it is a correct one do you think our opposition parties will remain silent?Especially in last public election it would have a serious issue.But none raised it.So I don't believe it.I am not a congress man.

I have read the article and found that the matter is very sensitive. The Uttar Pradesh Government must look into the matter impartially and provide safety to the victims irrespective of status of the offender.
