Hi..
There have been many discussions going about KARMA points..

Here I am concerned about..
WHY do people don't increase Karma Ratings of other members..

I think it(Karma Point) is the one which represents the QUALITY work..
Higher the Rating .. Higher is the Quality.

It should be given to those who does a quality work
Foe e.g
Sharing interesting information,
Starting a very good interesting or informative thread,
Sharing something that you like..
Giving a wonderful idea,
Educating people about anything..
Or to the person how helped in solving your doubts....
..and many more.

I think we members should recognize such quality by increasing such persons Karma rating..

But I dont know why People do not do it..

Does any one know it???

I increase often the Karma points if i am truly satisfied. Now all the members are more concentrated on points and earnings. If any competition related to karma is there, then definitely people concentrate on it.
I think some members decrease karma even member posts good quality content. So if member recognize after deciding karma then actual reason may come.
Karma Karma Karma.....Now all the discussions are on this matter.
'Karma' has to be secret like polls in general election. I notice that the most successful and active person gets his karma diminished. I am pained to see that Santosh Kumar has only one karma. He writes good posts and also actively participates in polls. He is creative.

Members should use the power of adding and deducting karma with due thought and see that the karma added or deducted is fully justified.
I think many people do not understand the system. May be because this is new one. I hope people understand it better through your post. Kudos to you for explaining it in simple things.
Thanks Marvick For appreciating.. :)

Everyone agree with " Members should rate a quality work"

But we should not forget that WE are only the MRMBERS, & are the one to increase Karma of others..

So guys start recognizing good work... .. :)
