dear sir,
i am new member here, so any body can explain me by which way i can get payment and what is the mimimum payout?

You will get payment through check if you reach minimum payment. Current minimum payment is Rs.1000 which is valid till Dec 2009.

Dear Chirag You will get a cheque when you reach at Rs1000
SO don't worry in Initial stage just wait till you reach at Rs100.
In mean while stay active at forums you will learn everything
