I support the view. It will be a good encouragement.
The management may also consider to sell the T-shirts and get payment by deducting from cash points of concerned member.

Good idea but Tshirt with only Boddunan printed on it not the name of the member. It would look ugly if name of member and his position as member is printed on the Tshirt.

Yes Jayen. I agree your point. I think Boddunan with its caption Information creates wealth can be printed.
