ATM Charges

There is no restriction on transaction on other ATMs. It is just the banks are charging money after first 5 free transactions. It is fine since banks cannot survive by giving everything free. They have to survive in order to give service :)

Dear Abdul providing 5 Free service at other bank ATm also enough.
Because now days every bank has ATM with in 1-2 kilometer.

Bank has also to make some profit out of that
