Who are greater Boys or Girls?

Nothing like that. I think this question is unanswered. Boys can do some things where girls can't do. And it is vice versa.

I agree with Rakesh. Both have their importance. Do you expect boys without girls or girls without boys?

Both have their unique ness at different place.
God has created both sex just because both require each other or else God would have made only boys or only girls
