I didn't know about this news at all, Thanx for informing, but Videocon in india is running very well, and is not facing any kind of pits and falls but may be due to internal matters, it is so. Nobody exactly know about the truth whether it is really fraud or not.
First of all has Videocon taken any loan from world bank at all?
What is meant by blacklist? What effect will have on a company if it is blacklisted?
We should be more concerned with product quality rather than financial issues. The news is more important for share holders of the company.
Incidentally, I may point out that 'Readers digest' magazine has been declared bankrupt in U.S.A. Yet, the magazine is worth reading. However, it may not be safe to financially deal with the company.
Oh is it!!!!!

Haven't known this news.... In the recent days, Videocon is in a spree of acquisitions.
Its products are well. But as Gulshan told this news will decrease its share value and share holders will have pain.
