A court in Sydney has acquitted a rape accused taking plea that a skinny Jeans clad girl cannot be raped.

The accused is a cook in navy. He admitted consensual sex with the girl. The court accepted the plea that a woman in tight jeans cannot be raped against her consent.

You are right abid. Some have commented- this is a nice joke. In fact, this is from real court decision. The judge acquitted the rape accused on the plea that tight jean clad woman cannot be raped.
