IS the point system not implemented yet?
My points are not increasing when I am either starting any forum or giving comments in articles and forums

We have not yet implemented points system for forums or comments. We are adding this feature in the today's scheduled maintenance release. You can get points for creating topics or posting replies on forums.
However, we will implement the points system for posting comments to articles bit later. We will announce the updates to you.
