Fixed quota social security schemes

The applicants of widow/ old age/ handicapped pension have to wait till some of the existing pensioners die or become ineligible to the pension they are drawing.

Pension cannot be sanctioned to new applicants as there is fixed quota, which is already filled up by the existing pensioners. Thus the social schemes of the Uttar Pradesh government are useless for the eligible applicants till there is more fund allocation and enhancement in quota.
