It is good that a feeling for leaving tobacco has emerged in your mind that is the beginning of the process of leaving tobacco chewing.
Chewing tobacco is not that addictive as drugs are. You are more habituated psychologically rather than being physically addictive to tobacco chewing. You are not dependent on tobacco.
Quitting tobacco is not at all difficult. If you keep yourself busy with other activities and hobbies, your urge for tobacco will diminish. Quitting tobacco or any other habit is meaningful only if you do not again feel the urge. Cultivate interest in reading, music or even pornography. The substitution effect will put an end to craving for tobacco.
it is very good u want to leave tobbaco. because chewing of tobbaco is a bad habbit. it is not leave at once so reduce the quantity of tobbaco daily.if u take 5 sachet per day then u do it on 4 for a week. Then so on u can reduce one sachet every week. i am sure u leave the tobbaco by this formula.
in future when u want to chewing tobbaco take another mouth freshner.

i have also habbit to chewing tobacco i have tried many time to leave it but i could not leave.
i think we cannot leave it to take any medicine or any advise if we really want to leave it so we will take dicision by self.

Nothing is impossible if you have the will to do. Tobacco chewing can be left easily by some days practice of mind control.
