Mobile phones versus toilet facilities

A United nations report says that Indians have more mobile phones than toilet facilities. The report concludes that Indians are more interested in communication than sanitation.

I think that the report has some point but this is not whole truth. A family have common sanitation facilities but non common phones. Thus naturally, there are more mobile phones- one for each, whereas there may be only one latrine for a family or may be common facilities for a locality.

Ha.. .thats a good survey. I think the public toilets are not taken into consideration!!!!!!
The UNO report is not so logical. Although public toilets are not considered, may be public telephone booths are also not considered. Mobile phones are different and not exactly comparable. A mobile phone is personal item like handkerchief and has to be carried along with a person unlike toilets which are static and commonly used by public or family.
Gulshan is right. The report is not so logical. Why they do such unnecessary surveys
Thank you MC. There is no similarity between sanitation facilities and communications. It appears that the west including UNO only intend to degenerate us.
