Hello friends,

Why political leaders are provided facilities of flying on helicopters on government expenses?

Why don't they use choppers on their own expenses or on the expenses of their party, rather than spending taxpayers money.

because they are working for the betterment of society and for the good for poor people of slums. so can't the government bear these expenses for the good of society?

After Independance, for 60 years we have kept our nation in the hands of these politicians, most of the period in the hands of a single family and their party. Now in the present conditions, they cannot locate a missing CM for 24 hours. On one side cremation and the other side lobbying for the CM post. Is it really for the service to the poors.
Japanese also started their new journey at the same time with the scrap, but see now they are second after USA in the world.
The terrorists darely come to the middle of our nation with satillite phones and kill around 200 innocent people openly in the mid day. Our politicians are complaining this to USA and expect them to take some action against it. Is this the development after 60 years.
In dynasty "Yadha Raja tadha praja", but in democracy "Yadha praja tadha Raja".
We need to blame ourself for not putting the nation in the hands of proper leaders.
Hello Sridhar Kesireddy,

I have no words to appreciate your fearless expression of truth.

Question: We keep asking why the politicians take the public for granted and exploit us?

Answer: The right answer for that is they exploit us because we permit them to exploit us.

Thanks Harish.
But, I am not happy because, many of our so called educated people are least bothered about this situation. They not even bother to vote on the elections day.
You see how many bothered to respond to your important discussion.
This is the reason for the present status of politics in our country.

Hello Sridhar Kesireddy,

Most of us are scared of the mighty, powerful and dreadful politicians a few among whom are criminals themselves.

they are the important people and if they want to reach a place at a speedy time they prefer helicopters and also they have their own privacy
There must be strict rules for use of helicopters and other means of transport. The Govt, should bear only the expenses on bonafide government duties. So, a politicians going for his personal purpose should pay from his income and a political party should pay for use of party.
Actually,Politician is a public person. Their time has to spend to raise public problems at parliament and Assemblies, than sanctions the requirements from the Govt. Due to not wasting the valuable time the have provided helicopters, plane etc.

Now, the trend has been changed politicians are enjoying everything with public money.

"thats a crazy".
The rules have to be strict. The politicians cannot be and are not allowed to travel as a routine by helicopter. There has to be mention of specific duty while traveling. If the purpose is party, the party will make payment. If you allow unlimited travel by copter without specifying exact duty, there will be no end to misuse of public money.
A complete restriction in spending public money is to be introduced first.
Politicians have even written off agricultural loans worth 6000 crores plus. That'also injustice to the Indian masses on whom taxes are imposed against their will.
Very right Harish. Politicians are unscrupulous. They have nothing but personal and family interest and vote bank in their mind.
Politicians should not be allowed to fly on helicopter. These are the politicians who consider themselves leader of poor,dalit..
Kumaresh. If politicians do not use helicopters, who else will use them. But these should not be free for non bonafide and non government purpose.
