Please lock the old discussions.

Only irrelevant topics/threads should be locked.
I am agree with Gulshan's points.

I agree with Kumaresh. In stead of blanket ban, the threads on current events can be closed like recent sania marriage as these are no longer current. Also the issues which have been amply discussed may be closed as there may be nothing new to add. It is better to have less threads than multiple threads quite often on the same topic.

NOw itself you may be seeing many recent topics not seen in home page.If one loses a day his discussion may have gone 2 or 3 pages back.

Hope this would improve the standard of boddunan!

In my observation Boddunan site following latest programmes for increasing interest to the participants.in this connection, you all take initiation and lock the old discossecions.

Still old discussions are coming up again and again.The cry is good for nothing.

I still maintain it is not age of any topic rather the content which should be the sole criterion.You may call this as good for nothing but that's purely subjective.

Don't you experience a difficulty of seeing old topics in front of you?A lot of new things are there to discuss.Still we stick on old!!!

I do agree some topics are too old and brought back unnecessarily having no immediate relevance but that can not be said of all the old topics.Let us prefer selective locking and blanket one would be just like throwing the baby with the bathwater!!
