Yeah that is correct the rules and regulations in gulf countries are really strict and even they don't have any cinema theaters there and always females are not allow to go in single either should be accompanied by their husband or their parents and so on.....

The gulf countries have their own rules. This is okay. But it is so unfair that they thrust their rules on foreigners also.

These countries are conservative societies and have laws which any liberal society would always frown upon.As far as the applicability of domestic laws for foreigners,the established fact is that the foreigners can not expect immunity barring some exceptions.

There are lots of rules more than that and it will be really pathetic if we people come to know what are those to be frank "women are really treated like slaves or child bearing machine and mostly kept locked inside their home" This is true and i am not joking

Mostly gulf countries are very strict in their policies and give worst punishments for even small crimes. But i thought dubai is liberal. This news is really a surprise for me

Liberal society does not mean you can do whatever nonsense you want.

If we are visiting any country we have to follow the rules and regulations of that country. Every country has its own culture and way of living. We should respect that.

For example There are many countries whose inhabitants drive on the right-hand side of the road and if you (Indian) are visiting to US Can you aspect from US Authorities to be flexible with you and allow you for left-side driving?
