I need help

I wanted to ask whether the cash credits awarded for being the best voter of the day will not be added to the account balance. It was not added in mine. If it is not going to be added what is actually to be done with those cash credits.
Another doubt. I asked my friend to join in under me and she did so this evening. In my earnings segment referrals is shown as 1 and cash credits 0 but in my referrals page it says that i dont have any referrals. She already submitted an article. Please clarify. Sorry for posting the same in suggestion box
