Bill for 10% reservation for upper classes passed in both upper and lower house. At present when it is demand to remove reservation, this new one is looking only a political stunt. In this rule person whose earning is up to 8 lacs is deserve for reservation. Means a person who are paying Income tax is poor one. How is it useful.

If we go back in history we see the Congress and other parties constantly increasing the quota depending on vote bank ...was that not violation? When BJP brings in a measure that benefits all regardless of caste , suddenly it becomes a violation. I am sure supreme Court will consider the pros and cons if and when someone approaches it.

Some states have more than 50% reservation. No party will dare to oppose it. So Supreme court revoke amendment in constitution is possible.
