Supreme court decision came today on tripple talaak?

Yes. Supreme Court is going to deliver its verdict on Triple Talaq.Supreme Court thinks, Triple Talaq  violates the fundamental human rights of Muslim women Supreme Court blocked the use pf Muslim Divorce law until the Government frames new resolution, a partial victory for Muslim Women, who had long argued that the rule violated, their right to equality

There is perhaps no need for a new law as Supreme Court has banned the triple talaq by a majority verdict. It is no longer in existence.

If this draconian Law is no longer in existence, there is nothing like it.

I think its good beginning and if beginning is there then ending will also happen. Lets hope for positive and BJP new vote bank is ready for next election. Good work.

A very good beginning. Three out of the five judges on the Constitution Bench ruled against " Triple Talaq " which allowed Muslim men divorce their wives simply by uttering the Word," Talaq " three times.

Additionally, the Law violated article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India

This is indeed a great judgement. Hopefully, a new beginning for the Muslim ladies of India. This Triple Talak was so regressive and an end of it is a great decision.
