A leader should be emotionally stable. He should realize the gravity of his responsibilities and be able to gain the trust of those working under him.Great organizational skills go a long way in defining a leader.
Being a follower doesn't necessarily mean being inferior. Of course a follower can work his way to the top by inculcating leadership qualities.

The real leaders are informal leaders who are looked upon by followers without ekections. Formal leaders are generally positional leaders due to positions they hold in organisations. When positions go their leadership also goes. Large number of persons like to be followers. Leadership is full of responsibilities.

Some people are naturally bestowed with leadership qualities and all those politicians who come up on their own definitely would possess these qualities. To sustain their popularity and position they need to be sensitive and perceptive as well...so makes us wonder whether leaders like Lalu and others of his category have some of these endearing qualities because people seem to like them no.matter what
