The complete wash out of MNS in civic polls in Maharashtra is welcome. But will it stop its violent harassment tactics as they have not bought it any rewards in the polls. Or will the ruling party, like before, use it for its purposes.

Raj Thakrey and his party MNS is largely made up of goonda elements and it is good to see that people of Maharashtra have taught him a lesson this time. Arm twisting and using violence against soft targets should be condemned at all costs no mater what party it comes from .

There is no real difference in character of MNS and Shiva Sena. Both are equally communal and regionalist. BJP is also communal but not regionalist. Hence it does not matter who wins more- all three are evil forces. .

Alliance between BJP and MNS shows that both the parties need each other. Above all, it has be noted how BJP is making progress in Maharashtra. The same feat is expected from the BJP in UP elections too.

If BJP joins with MNS then It will lose credibility but for sake of power they even joined with POD in Kashmir and see what has happened there.

What credibility ? BJP and MNS alliance is essential in the state of Maharashtra. I think Kashmir issue is separate.

When Shiv Sena is already in alliance with BJP  why are you championing the case of MNS. It's ideology stands rejected. Should BJP join hands with such party. It seems morals have no meaning for you, only power matters to you.

The most communal party in the country is the Congress party and that's precisely why they are getting booted out , so there is no comparison to any other party ...As far as PDP is concerned- it is no better or worse than Omar Abdullahs party which is probably far worse ...BJP under Modi is far more Democratic than any other party ! I am not sure why rambabu comes up with confusing statements like BJP needs MNS of all the parties since they already have already have an alliance with Shivsena.

MNS or Shivsena are no more or less regionalist that local parties of other states too! So no use harping about such tactics only by these parties, other parties in other states are equal goondas. As far as MNS is concerned, Raj should realise that people cannot be fooled all the time and they are bound to throw those out who think of them as fools. The arrogant attitude does not work all the time and why should people put up with such arrogance, people have shown them its rightful place.

Very true Kalyani, all local parties have become extremely narrow minded. They want to rise to power through hate politics by targeting outsiders or taking up language issues etc ..They don't realise that without mutual co operation and migration of talent from other states it is not possible to succeed ! This is true of all Indian states .

It is right Shiv Sena and MNS is communal and regionalist, but BJP is not a communal and regionalist party. If BJP is regionalist party than congress, SP and BSP is also regionalist parties.

Today all parties are regional in their outlook.

Only one state is not enough for a party to be national party. BJP is strong only in North.
