Have schools become so inhumane

Came across this very disturbing news article. I was wondering how safe are our kids in school? Are the schools being  reduced to money making and IIT producing institutions and nothing else?

Cant even think of the pain the little girl went through.. this is too saddening.

While looking at the children carrying their heavy burden (school bags), I believe that both schools and parents have become inhumane. We need to just think about the shoulders and backbones of our children at least now.
