Be Myself
I walk through the roads
In between the crowd
One says go this way
And the other says go that way
I look up in sky
Thinking I’ll be myself and find my way
Reminders for do this and do that
Confuse me a lot
I just want to be myself and decide
I walk through the roads

I look up in sky
And down on road
I guess I know which road I want to go
And I’ll go on my own
Eat this and eat that
They say to me
I guess I know how to eat
As I have been eating since childhood
I walk through the roads
In between the crowd
One says go this way
And the other says go that way
I look up in sky
And side ways
I see scenario and enjoy
They say hurry up and run along
I guess I’ll look through the way
Enjoying it and be myself
All the way long
They say be this and be that
I say I know what I’ll be
They laughed at me, saying
You don’t know what you want to be
They say so and I laugh
I know my way long
I walk through the roads
In between the crowd
One says go this way
And the other says go that way
I look up in sky
And I analyze the roads
Which one should I choose
To reach where I want to be
The perfect road I try to see
They say you can’t make your mind
And you’re confused
I say I want the best way as I walk
I’ll just be myself
Through the road of life.
