Steve Jobs was following Zen Buddhism because he was extremely disturbed. As a teenager and left home . He landed up in India and was influenced by Buddhism. But he never practiced enough , however it did calm him down and become focused. He was already a brilliant person and the dedicated attitude he developed helped him .

Of course Diet is very important. You can know all about Meditation from your Yoga guide. Don't ever do Meditation without a guide. Otherwise, problems may arise.
