An Educated Father stooped so low

This is too much. A father himself doing these kind of things without even thinking about the consequences it will have on the little kid. She would gone through so much trauma during the interrogation. Just for Rs.9000 he is going to such extremes. He definitely needs to be punished. I was also wondering if the girls mother was aware of this, I am sure she would never agree to it. There is no mention of the mother in the news, or did I miss it while reading.

The fact that the father tutored  his daughter  to make a false disposition for his benefit is an unpalatable truth. The Court itself was astonished at that selfish father's heinous attitude. In this process the School Van driver was wrongly accused for sexually harassing the minor girl. Luckily the court succeeded in finding the truth and acquitted the Van Driver.

Besides encouraging unscrupulous people who would go to any length, it also shows that our laws are not water tight, with enough loopholes for someone to take advantage. Thankfully the girl was truthful during the examination by the prosecution and the judge , which may not always be the case.

Lack of Fear of Punishment and lack of  rigidity in the implementation of laws are the causes for such incidents. Law offenders cleverly use these lapses. And in most of the cases culprits will get away without any punishment and innocents are arrested.

The father should be punished by saying so it should not be only a monetary fine but must be sent to jail. This time he got caught but if he remains free then he might try this next time too so he needs to understand the consequences for filling a false case quite strongly.

Such people who roam amidst us are more dangerous than Animals. They should be put to task. But, unfortunately its not happening. A Law without strict implementation is  mere waste.

The worst part is, law is different for educated and wealthy in contrast to uneducated and needy. That's the reason people do not learn from their vice.  

Because Wealthy and educated think  can out smart the law and manipulate the truth. But not the poor.  In fact it's the Poor that respect the Law

See the difference between the attitude of an educated person and an auto rickshaw driver. The daughter of this auto rickshaw driver must be definitely proud to have him as her father and why not. He has taken such a great step to encourage his daughter to achieve her goal.

How can a father be such a selfish....

It seems he didn't think about his daughter at all, he was only after his selfish motto.. Such father should have been punished. Even though he is well educated his behavior is completely like an illiterate person..

What a Contrast !!!

On one side, an unscrupulous father tutoring his daughter to fabricate the truth in a case,  to save his skin, and on the other side, an Auto Rickshaw driver going all out to  fulfill his daughter's ambition to become an accomplished Rifle Shooter.. The web link gave an inspiring story of a Poor Auto Rickshaw  driver, pooling every Paisa  for his daughter, a National level Shooter to buy a Rifle worth Rs Five Lakh.

Manilal Gohil, the Auto rickshaw driver  saved this money for his daughter's marriage. Moved by this, the police Authorities,not only  helped Manilal in helping the license for the Rifle, but praised  Manilal's efforts.

Actually, when we use the term 'educated' we broadly forget the inner meaning of it. We are basically concerned about academic qualification and those who have that certificate we consider them as educated. We are grossly wrong because a truly educated father would never stoop down to such an extent. Actually this kind of man should be termed as literate and not educated because true education refines a person and does not pollute mind and heart.  

Such fathers can be called as ' Educated uneducated."

Poor are not able to use loopholes of law.

I feel there is a great need of a harsh punishment for them who file a false case. In this case the father must face some stern step because being father he had degraded his own daughter and had not been an upright person. He should have set an example for his daughter to follow but acted cunningly to save some money and for that he did not even spare his daughter. It will not stop here because people of this kind are many so it's the need of the hour to get some strict punishment for such cheap men. 

I think our judiciary needs to be made more strict and fast in all cases. Only then people will fear the punishment.

As a parent he should have acted like a responsible Parent. He has simply thrown aside his Parental duties to his family in general and children in particular and committed a crime. I don't know how the law views this case and to what extent, his punishment will be in proportion with the crime he committed.
