After reaching nowhere she blamed it to unfamiliar playing conditions and long distance travel. I think the Olympics should be held in Odisha next time or better still in her own town. What a lame excuse from an international player.

What exactly is the gender test and why is it done? If I remember correctly, another one of our athletes Pinky something had also been involved in a similar controversy!

You know there are certain reasons for over growth of facial and body hair which in some case caused hormonal imbalances or use of hormones by athletes which create doubts whether they are women or men. She went this test because her face looked more manly than like a girl she was. That is possible if a girl uses testosterone for increasing physical strength. Same was the case with Pinky something from Kolkata.

The Sprinter had hyperandrogenism, a condition which produces higher levels of testosterone tan found in the average female body. Duttee Chand  was convinced that she has not used testosterone for  bettering her performance. And she challenged International Association of Athletics Federation that charged South African Athlete Semenya was later cleared and allowed to compete. Like Chand Semenya will be competing  in the Rio Olympics
