I love sweet corn too. I like to have boiled sweet corn with some salt and pepper. It taste delicious.
I read in one of the article that it has lot of antioxidants which is actually increased by cooking the corn. Usually cooking destroys the nutritious properties of the food, but its opposite in this case.

Apparently even tomatoes and spinach become more nutritive when they are boiled..This is precisely why we should never throw any water in which vegetables are cooked. I see many cookery shows where they show the chefs draining out water after cooking which is such a waste...
