I have been observing some negative changes in this site. For the first time I find articles are not moderated. Number of articles has gone down. Again some articles of 700_800 words are paid Re 5 or 10. A 2000 word post was paid Re 20. I give Re 5 or 10 to beggar and I feel paying a writer R's 5 is not on. I suggest no payment may be made less than 20. If a writers work is assesed as R's 5 there is no need to pay. let it be zero.It is better not to pay at all in case payment is 10 or 5.T here are lots of new writing sites like blasting news coming up and I want Boddunan to be competitive

I agree with both you and MG Singh. lot has to be done to make this site Competitive. We had been discussing about a change that's needed for this site for quite some time. Maveric is regularly visiting this site. Moderators too supported the members proposals for a Change. Now, its time to take a decision by the Administrator. Positive changes are the need of the hour.

This is members like you who have finished this site. I wish your account is blocked forever. This is not for the first time your account is blocked and you are begging around but as soon as you account is unblocked you forget everything. I wonder how a member like you still exist on this site.

It's a sad state of affairs. I still feel paying R's 5 or 10 is not acceptable . Why not give zero? I hope site can rise above all this.
First of all most of the members except a few regulars are not as active as is expected of them which is bound to affect the site. Some believe in starting discussions only without bothering to even leave a feedback when others respond and disappearing while the regular members are supposed to carry it forward . Admin on his part has been very generous in the past - giving out bonus in addition to cash credits for selected articles during monthly article writing competitions and also revenue share an many other benefits ! This very fact makes me think that there has to be a reason why the rates have come down..
Well, seeing this thread after a few days has disappointed me even more. I tried to ban a particularly annoying and spamming member but was unable too because it seems now that such action has to be approved by admin who is missing now more so than ever. I am also surprised to read that articles are now getting Rs. 2!!!
Basically, a site starts behaving like this when it wants only to earn money and stop paying writers. Boddunan is a reasonable site and some money is coming to the promoters. He need not cultivate more writers and pay money when he is getting some revenue as it is. This is not farfetched as I will give the example of 2 sites who have acted similarly namely Bukisa.com and Knoji.com. Both sites are doing well but do not accept new articles and just earn on their data bank already published. Boddunan is in a similar boat.

So its not totally surprising that is happening, but the question is, can a site survive for long on existing database without any new inputs????
