Close on the heels of Godhra episode where the Congress and UPA blamed Hindu groups and was exposed recently to the nation, comes the Samjhauta express case where Hindu groups were blamed and Pakistan based jehadi terrorists were let off .

Congress which is probably one of the most communal party in the nation has been communalising every single issue by going out of its way to let off terror groups simply because they belong to a certain community , shifting the blame to Hindu groups ! Now their game plan has been completely exposed thanks to the effort of the media ..Congress party has become a danger to the nation under the Italian woman who herself comes from a very questionable background ..

The 2007 Samjhauta Express bombings were terrorist attacks that occurred around midnight on 18 February 2007 on the Samjhauta Express, a twice-weekly train service connecting Delhi, India, and Lahore, Pakistan.[4][5] Bombs were set off in two carriages, both filled with passengers, just after the train passed Diwana station near the Indian city of Panipat, 80 kilometres (50 mi) north of New Delhi.[4][6] Sixty-eight people were killed in the ensuing fire and dozens more were injured.[7] Of the 68 fatalities, most were Pakistani civilians. The victims also included some Indian civilians and three railway policemen.

Officials The Hindu spoke to denied any move to soften the case against RSS leader Aseemanand in the Samjhauta case by making enquiries about Arif Qasmani, who was designated a global terrorist by the U.N. 1267 Sanctions Committee.

“The first request on Qasmani was sent by us in 2011 and we are following it up with the U.S. authorities,” Mr. Kumar said.

A U.S. charge sheet in 2009 and the U.N. citation in 2010 accused Qasmani of funding the Samjhauta blasts as well as the 2006 train bombings in Mumbai.

 

Even after the U.S. named him, the NIA filed a charge sheet in 2010 in the case against eight accused, including Aseemanand.

If all these are right no doubt congress and its leaders are anti Hindu. Now it is time and chance for Modi government tell the realty of congress and its president to peoples.

Congress has always looked after its own interests especially after Rajeev Gandhi and his wife and others came into the picture . Patriotism took a back seat and self interests were all that mattered as we can see by the number of scams and money laundering cases the Gandhi family is involved in..

I am a supporter of Modi, but he must get his priority right. Nailing the Gandhi family should be secondary and the main aim is to counterChina which has ringed India. He should try and fulfill his poll promises which he has conveniently forgotten. He better act as the "Napoleonic House" awaits him.

Very true, but what is the result after more than 2 years? Not a single FIR or charge sheet filed by the government. There is only one filed by S Swamy regarding the Herald case. It's easy to talk, but what is required is action> probably they have no evidence that can stand the scrutiny of a court of law and that is why nothing has happened. Even Vadra is moving about and all we have is sensational "NEWS", nothing otherwise.

The entire Country supports Modi. I agree he should fulfill his poll promises. This should be his primary duty. He owes the nation the responsibility of fulfilling his poll promises.  Now, Modi government completed 2 years. It's time to look towards more important issues like Welfare and security of the country than bashing the Congress..

You and I know how long it takes for the legal system to work here , ..

Butl here I am not concentrating on Modl's sperformanc but the deceit that took place in the investigation of Samjhauta express case. Please add you views on that rather than bring Modi in

Ishrat Jahan case witnesses turn hostile, samjhauta express witnesses turn hostile, Dadri meat turns into beef and still you do not want to bring in Modi into the discussion!. Whom to believe UPA or NDA.

What is the need to dig? The case should be simply quashed and those having spent years in jail compensated.Modi needs to be decisive in this matter.

I guess what needs to be done will be done eventually ... Since it was unearthed by the media , I guess the opposition cannot blame BJP for the expose like they do for everything..

Sadly the present government is doing things in half measures. If charges are false why the NIA has filed Charge sheet against Lt Col Purohit  an some others.Modi must explain.

@Usha. I am afraid we have to bring Modi in as he is the power center. My point which has no answer is that in case the charges  are false then why the NIA had still filed Charge sheet against Lt col Purohit nd others. Please comment.

I am amused at you for holing Modi responsible for every issue ...when it is a law and order and criminal conspiracy issue the court has to look into it and even if he did interfere I am sure he will be criticised for that as well..

Thank you. Please elucidate as to why charges were filed. Second is NIA totally independent body.?The fact is Modi lacked courage in withdrawing charges against ALL for vote bank politics. I was in Delhi and learnt about it.
