Implementing court order literally

I have seen this earlier, happened in Germany...LOL, neither can use the car , or the TV, a smart phone etc etc... The judge should have come up with some solution so that each of them gets to keep certain items..

Judge was not wrong but the person who implement courts's decision was a foolish person.

Anyhow, this thread is intended to evoke laughter. There is nothing to be taken seriously. Here in the thread how a person tool the Judgment in a separation case literally by cutting a car etc.

That is a good one anil  just imagine if they had pets like cat or dog, wonder how he would have gone about dividing that ? LOL..

He will cut the Pet animal, if he has one. Because, the concerned person carrying the Court order literally. Nothing stops him.

My solution would be different to that of the man ..

this is really funny but one way the husband was doing exactly what the judge said to him

My solution would be different to that of the man .. I would share the pets on time basis. If the preference of the pets could be understood, I would go by pet's preference. The pets that are more comfortable with wife would go to her and similarly others who prefer the husband.

What the Husband has done is really funny. Because, his act is supposed to be funny as the thread is posted under the head, Humor and Jokes.

It is actually stupid and impractical and not funny at all when you think of the loss,  that the man has caused to himself and his wife !

Poor fellow, seems to be a firm believer on Courts and judgments. Owing to fear of contempt of court he has carried out the court order literally,

I think it is more out of anger against the court that gave a fair judgment that the man carried out such an act thereby depriving himself and more importantly his wife of all the things that he cut into two ! Some people would go to any length to take out their frustration and this is one such, because no one can fault him legally..

yeah, i think the correct word is fear, yeah he was fear of the court decision, i think he might be thinking that if he don't implement the court decision he will be punished in a very ruthless way
