Faith in Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh!

Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh are the three super gods- creator, preserver and destroyer.  It is okay for Hindus to trust them.  But when BJP led Gujarat Government text books include the oath- "I shall not trust Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh'  the situation gets funny.

The education department of Gujarat Govt. published lakhs of booklets in memory of baba Sahab Ambedkar. Baba Sahab asked his folloers to take several oaths including one that says that Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh not be trusted.  It appears that the concerned persons in education department did not either read or understand the meaning underlying. Now Gujarat Govt. has withdrawn the pamphlets but they don't know what to do. They can't destroy these as there will be strong reaction from Ambedkar followers. They can also not circulate these as devoted Hindus and even RSS cannot digest anything against the super gods. Then sell these as waste. But then these will be available to people just at cost of waste papers.

Really a pitiable situation!

well i don't know about others but i have full faith in this three god. and remember they are one but we call them with different names

The paternalistic atitude of The government makes these funny situations Erupt. Why govrnment has to bother about what people want to believe. Endless waste of resources.

Government has nothing to do with such intentional or foolish errors committed by careless government employees in our country. If half the trouble is created by politicians the other half comes from bureaucrats and other government workers.

But government consists of politicians and emloyees so how can it not be blamed?

Then blame them! You live in a democracy where everything goes in the name of freedom of expression.

Are some governments above being blamed because they belong to a particular dispensation?

yeah we cannot stop anybody from saying anything in this country because it is a Democratic country.

It is deed of any atheist or communist bureaucrats. Now it is duty of government to punish the responsible bureaucrats who dare to play foul game with beliefs and faith of majority peoples.

I tried in vain to get an English addition of this news item.Either this particular news site is local not read by many or..either way mistakes glore have been taking place in our nation for decades, some very serious and embarrassing, so nothing to make much of here I guess going by the various comments.

The Gujarat Government has withdrawn the book on Dr. Ambedkar that was distributed to students of class 6 and 8. Withdrawing the Book, after finding the mistake,  is it a wrong thing ? Its Much ado about nothing.

Surprising that you are not advocating your favourite prescription of whipping or drowning or banning the wrong doers.

Books withdraw, know matter is closed. it is reason that Ram babu did not write all these.

actually Gujarat Govt. wanted to honor Ambedkar by publishing a book in his honor unwittingly forgetting that his views were opposed to traditional Hindu. He advised his followers to embrace Budddhism and not worship Brahma, Vishnu and mahesh.  This publication is an embarrassment. Now withdrawal of this book may be counter productive as the Ambedkar followers will be annoyed.

For benefit of those who can't read the Hindi link, here is another:

The vows in the link were included in the book published by Gujarat govt.

Well said. The Books are withdrawn and an investigation is going on to find out the responsible. I'm not a person who blindly follow their favorite Communal party of India. Some members post rubbish to gain points. Let them swim in their own ignorance.

Well, I have no idea who did so and I don't want to assume too. @anil from various posts of yours it is very clear that you are against communists and about myself I would say I am not a supporter of any ism but still raising a question that West Bengal was governed by CPM for 34 years and during that period Durga Puja, Kali Puja and other Hindu religious festivals got celebrated without any hindrance, so, why should communists be blamed for everything that relates to Hindu religion?

Some times such things happens or they willingly do. But I trust in all these 3 gods with full faith and devotion

I think for most of India Mahatma Budh is great man. it is right that we worship  Gods and Goddesses, but we also respect Mahatma Budh.
