Apparently, smart phone features have been added to the umbrella.  You get weather forecast on your smartphone. This is done on umbrella as well.

This is quite a useful innovation. It's new and the manufacturers of the Umbrella, first subject to a few trials, in order to find out whether the Umbrella conforms to the manufacturer's expectations or not. Then it will be released to a limited market fixing a price and the guarantee period etc. And only after this stage, the Umbrella will be released to the international market. Wait until then.
