 He wont come back. Maybe later if he gets immunity. In fact many in the government don't want him back as their deeds will be opened up.So many have taken favors from him

Mallya has citizenship for several countries and at the most his Indian citizenship may get revoked because of that, but that does not take away his status as an Indian living abroad. I have my own doubts whether he will come back at all ! What happened with others and Quotrochhi? Of course there the case was different, he was given all help by the then government to get away ! Things are not so in Vijay Mallya's case since the Banks , CBI and the Central Government wants him to come back and pay back his dues 

What an innocent statement that " Things are not so in Mallaya's case since the Banks,________ pay back his dues". Did they not know that he can fly away. Anticipation is a quality those in power should have. Why was he allowed to go away? As per you, Q was assisted in going away by previous govt and M flew away while this govt was napping. The end result is same. Sins can be washed out if he is brought back.

Yes government of India only can wait and watch. What happen in Lalit Modi case, warrants etc. also issued for them but he is still enjoying life in UK.

Wait until March 13, the deadline fixed by ED. Then we can discuss.

 

Just now Lord Desai is on TV and he says Mallya can only be brought back under the extradation treaty in case he is tried in India ( even in absentia) and convicted and up to the appeal stage to the Supreme Court his plea is rejected. So that is the law.  A trial in India tales 20 years or even more, so friends just twiddle your thumbs. That is the law.

That is my gut feeling too as I expressed earlier in one of my posts because Mallya is too slippery and knowing him, would have made enough preparations for his escape,,

When CBI bungles in BJP govt only they are to be blamed, but in Congress rule the party has to be blamed

Latest news and status on Mallya is that the legal experts feel that he cannot be termed as absconding because he is contsntly in touch with the media and his legal advisors  unlike Qutrochhi and the government is making sure tht he comes back and faces the many charges levelled against him , which shows a positive turn of things ! Of course we can definitely expect the NDA government to go all out and make sure that he is brought to book unlike the previous government which sat on the issue since 2004 !

Don't be too sure of the BJP government. Vajpayee was in power for 6 years and his performance on Bofors and Q is zero. Same with present government. My friend from Delhi tells me that a senior functionary of BJP tipped Mallya and advised him to fly out. He gave me the name, but i can't write here.

There are bound to be a few bad eggs everywhere, does not mean that the party is the same and by the time Vajpayee had taken over, the horse had fled and all trails left cold by the previous government,,,he could do precious little and once Silent Singh and Sonia took over , they made sure that Q got away with the loot and all charges dropped against him !!! Let us not even compare the Communal party with BJP , it is like chalk and cheese ..

Let us accept the fact that Modi., Mallaya and earlier Q have coolly escaped with some help from the powers.Why should specific blamed be made.
