Fabrication of evidence.

Delhi Police Commissioner  is to retire in Feb end. He will toe the line in hope of some reward post retirement. Real test will be in first week of March. Nothing also may happen as the incident has been milked by everyone.

If fabrication of video is a serious crime, the police should register FIR and do investigation as soon as possible. They need to take necessary action to punish the people who fabricated this video. 

Then their case will collapse.

The police claims they have evidence to prove that the arrested JNU students were raising anti India slogans. If vedeo is investigated and proved wrong then their case collapses.

I think that the aim of the people who fabricated this video is to save the arrested JNU students from punishment. When they fabricated the video, nobody can here the anti Indian slogans raised by the students of JNU. 

It is toady news in newspaper that Umar and another who surrender accept that they rays slogan in favor of Afzal Guru. What is reality, for it we have to wait for some more time, court will prove it.

When BJP is in power and Congress too is involved for some people everything is suspect including the police ! One need not bother with such sentiments because truth either way will come out ..

yes time will prove it. but it is true that program or meeting was only for glorifying Afzal guru, a person who is criminal and terrorist in the eyes of law.

As @usha manohar said that truth either way will come out which is really very true and much required also. We all know that every responsible body in our country has messed up many situations and they goofed up various matters. It creates suspicion in our minds. So, the bodies must work honestly and bring forth the reality or else suspicion will never die down. Those who are real culprits must face punishment but those who are not they must be spared and be saved from getting their life ruined. I personally feel that students who were involved in anti-national slogans must be reprimanded and police must keep watch on their next steps but charge of sedition at the very first time is too harsh.

Whatever it is, people who have nationalist feelings can never say anti-nationalist slogans. The people who really like their country can never support such people who raise such slogans against their country. It is the duty of each citizens to protect their country from such anti-nationalist activists. Court should take necessary actions to punish those people who are against the country.

I know the full history of Prashant Bhushan . A person who demanded midnight session of the Supreme court for Afzal Guru hanging annulment is more dangerous than Afzal Guru. @Rambabu is this the way to pass judgements. Advocating whipping and calling someone traitor. Moderators should step in to exercise restraint in members going amuck.

 

well this is a democratic country and everyone have the right to do anything they can fabricate also but fabricating for the means of destroying peace of the country is a serious crime.

Prashant Bushan is like the shifting wind who changes opinion at the drop of a hat and I have seen this happen many times ....However, he is a citizen of this country and at best doing what other politicians are doing so no point in calling him a traitor and insulting him ! He has a right to his opinion and it is for the people of this country to either agree , disagree or ignore him..

Funny to know that in a democratic country, you may fabricate videos. This is offence under I.P.C. and amounts to fraud.  I hope some one will say that in a democratic country, theft, murder, rape are also allowed.  

 

Contrary opinion holders should be whipped as per Rambabu. Beware and be warned.
