Nobel for Ramdev!

Nice joke- But I know Indians are not interested in awards otherwise there won't be so many awards thrown on the roads given by previous governments and other academies. People want cash and when no one notices them at later stage they return their awards to come in limelight.  

On second thoughts, since all the awards given by the previous government have been found to be useless, since they are being returned by the award winners en mass, it may be a better idea not to have any awards at all in the future..

Baba Ramdev has a yogic sense of humour.  Awards should be continued so that future returnees have something to return when it is their turn to protest.

The issue is why Ramdev is denied Nobel Prize.

Yes there should be something with them from which they can show the world that his/her country is intolerance

Though I appreciate Ramdev Baba's contribution to Yoga and in the field of ayurvedic treatment that's Patanjali, I really don't understand why he speaks in such a manner.

No doubt his contribution for Yoga and ayurvedic medicines is laudable. But some time he speaks like Shekh Chilli. Today I read he said that I could became a Prime Minister or Chief Minister.

Too much Yoga has improved his health but badly affected his brain. Most probably now he needs something to improve his state of mind.

I am sure he too has ambitions and why not ? If people like Lalu, Mulayam,Mayawati even Siddaramaiah  and so many others  hope to become Prime Ministers  , why not he? How is he worse than so many Chief Ministers who are were and are in power now? He will at least make sure the nation remains healthy and fit !

There is nothing wrong in any kind of ambition such as win a Nobel or become a P.M/C.M but he needs to control his tongue. Well, it is applicable to all these arrogant leaders be it of any political party. These leaders have totally lost their decency and the way they speak about others or any issue has become unacceptable. 

There is nothing wrong with Ramdev's desire to become a Nobel Laureate. But the reason for his being Black deprived him from getting the coveted Award sounds Idiotic.

 Who were Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela to name a few who were the famous Nobel Laureates in black color if not  Nobel Laureates ?

Agreed. Ramdev's comments on Nobel prize is an example of foolishness. He thinks Nobel Prize is another foreign prize mainly for Angrezi who are fair complexioned.

I wonder why Baba Ramdey should worry about a small thing like Nobel Prize. He can make his own Desi Ramdev Nobel prize and issue himself every year.

If criminals, former drug addicts , bar maids , fodder scam convicts and people with questionable past can have ambitions for Nobel prize and becoming Prime Minister , Baba Ramdev in comparison seems a much healthier choice !

That's most welcome. Naming " Baba Prize"  Any body under the Sun is eligible for receiving the Baba Prize except merit. But the reason he said why he was deprived of Nobel prize is his Black complexion. Many Nobel Laureates like Martin Luther king, Nelson Mandela were blacks.
