Our State and National Elections have always been full of drama and citizens have witnessed an all out verbal battle between the different political parties. The long drawn out Bihar elections are all that and more because of the political and social atmosphere prevailing in the nation today. There has been slang match between the parties with Nitish Kumar calling Modi a Bahari and Modi giving tit for tat , question as to what one can  call Sonia Gandhi ? Nitish Kumar should have been careful with what he says ..

I agree with you

Just as many say give Modi time before passing judgement similarly give Nitish's new cabinet time before judging him. There is a saying that in the long run all politicians are failures.

Giving time depends on your attitude. a blind supporter (Bhakta) will give unlimited time. Opponent will give no time. Impartial and neutral will allow reasonable time.

Gulshanji you have explained it beautifully. Kudos.

It's a fact that a newly formed Government takes time for carrying on its activities in full swing. The question of Bhaktas or blind supporters will not arise.

The newbies should be allotted even more time as they have to make the things right which they inherited from their ancestors but the ones already in power for decades will not digest it and will demand correction from day 1. Ultimately they are agreeing to the fact that there was much to be done.

I can understand. The newbies should be given the chance. That's why, the Governor did not reprimand the member. He simply asked the member to retake the oath after necessary correction.

The very fact that all other senior members of Lalu's party have been overlooked to make an apparently stupid son of Lalu the Deputy Chief Minister which is a very responsible post , goes to show what one can expect in the days to come . It will be like old times when Lalu was in his element controlling the Jungle Raj  as he wanted and wished .

Sagarika Ghose's blog is very apt on the Bihar situation

A very hilarious link by Sagarika Gosh. I liked  " Bimaru state.comment by Lalu.

Wonderful link, the way Lalu thinks of Bemaru in its literary sense. Completely hilarious article. The meaning of Rajya Sabha also intresting. Nice article.

And Rabri ask Lalu what's Rajya Sabha.. Such Hilarius links, though they sound funny, they reflect the real state of Bihar. Lalu the fodder thief can stoop down to any levels to be in the Kursi.. Hats off to Sagarika Ghosh.

Blog is funny one but it is not justice with Lalu's family. He have 10 or 11 children, why Sagarika Ghose for got them.

Then there won't be any space left in the Assembly

Nitish has to sit in a corner of the Assembly.

Twist in the views, if Kejriwal can hug Lalu then what is the problem if he eats funds like Lalu did during his chief minister ship. After all Lalu has a big bank balance and two minister sons, a chief minister wife and a prospective minister in her daughter. What else a man needs in this world, heck with nation and clean politics.

Perhaps, Lalu is eyeing on PM of India. And Lalu wants all his children , the CMs of different states. There is no end to wants. They are unlimited. And in this ambitions of greedy Lalu, who cares for the Nation ?

That blog is not funny but seriously highlights the realities of Bihar today. Maybe Nitish is good man but he is in bad company.

True. Though it souds funny on the surface, the hidden message is very clear. Through Lalu's mouth, the author Sagarika Ghosh gave a true picture using sarcasm

It is Sagarika Ghose not Ghosh as you repeatedly refer to her in your posts ...She is a famous media person, an author and the wife of Rajdeep Sardesai, the news reader at NDTV. Her name is clearly written in her blog as well..

I humbly agree my mistake. I owe my gratitude for correcting me.
