Our State and National Elections have always been full of drama and citizens have witnessed an all out verbal battle between the different political parties. The long drawn out Bihar elections are all that and more because of the political and social atmosphere prevailing in the nation today. There has been slang match between the parties with Nitish Kumar calling Modi a Bahari and Modi giving tit for tat , question as to what one can  call Sonia Gandhi ? Nitish Kumar should have been careful with what he says ..

Should Congress close its shop, just because BJP finds itself defeated lock, stock and barrel in Bihar. After all the maximum voices of dissent are originating from within BJP Must everyone keep silent and allow Modi to do what he likes even when he is twice defeated. That is not how politics works. The ones he sidelined to capture power within BJP are going to make it tough for him. It is not a question of elders or juniors. As you sow so you reap. Why should every one make way for Modi just because he is the PM. He should act like one.

He is acting like the PM of India. Introspection has already begun. Modi is not the one who sits on his laurels.

Introspection should be  job of the party not the PM.

When I said The PM, it's implied the entire party including RSS and HMS.

Congress Shop! Which shop are you talking about, where is the shop? Right now there is no shop visible, but you never know if the congress becomes junior partner in certain pvt.ltd enterprises in a state or two. Politics is not about short term gain but people with long term aims win the game

Congress is yet the main party on all India basis. In big states like Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, Congress is the main opposition. In case BJP loses in these states, Congress is the likely gainer. In such situation, Congress will gain some seats everywhere and emerge as largest party in center and form UPA. No wonder many current allies of BJP will then be in hurry to join UPA.  Basically, Congress and BJP are similar, the only difference being communal content in the saffron party.

Congress was no doubt a grand old party but after the change in leadership, it is doubtful whether it would ever rise to half its past glory in the distant future ! In Madhya Pradesh, as of now it has 58 seats ( BJP has in the Vidhan Sabha and 2 in the Rajya Sabha...In Rajasthan it has 21 seats ( BJP has 163) and 0 in the Rajya Sabha ( BJP has all 25)...so what gain are they looking for ? Of course one can make many Arithmatic calculations to suit ones wish but whether it would come true is another matter ..Congress being the most communal party, it will not be able to fool people now by pointing fingers at others !

It is a known fact, how the Indian National Congress's communal attitude is. Its learned president Sonia claims that the Congress party always fought against communalism.

There have been times when this oldest party of India looked the other way. Anti Sikh programmes,  is just an example. Seeing this, many critics go up to the extent of saying INC is more communal than the BJP.

I think the story of Bihar will begin from tomorrow when we will see the entire Laloo family controling the cabinet and assembly. The Jungle Raj 2 comes back to Bihar and every opposition party in center is eager to join the show.

Lalu has succeeded inducting two of his sons in the ministry and soon the daughter will follow the course. True democracy in India comes back.

That is mere family rule. If that's Democracy, that was there very much in the Nehru era.

Indians consider that true democracy as outsiders if elected get a very tough treatment from true preachers of democracy and they unite forgetting all their policies.

The BJP's divisive politics is responsible for return of Lalu Raj in Bihar. BJP is not very much bothered about dynastic families in politics. Many of its allies are dynasties like Shiv Sena and Akali Dal.

The elections are over and the public of the State has given its verdict. Since number of votes are counted in a democracy, the mandate will have to be accepted. In the electioneering process, a lot of filth was used beyond the basic issues of the State and that was the unfortunate part resulting into the fact that a 9th pass or some illiterate Ministers will order the highly qualified personnel to meet their whims. We need to have some basic qualifications for the voters as well as for the candidates if we need the democracy on merit basis otherwise we must face the consequences of the mobocracy.

This is surely a new combination. Nitish Kumar is known for good administration but that too backed by BJP in earlier of his rule, now with Lalu one side and that too more seats than Nitish and Congress at the other side, how he able to perform clean and secure administration is very interesting and for sure if he succeeds then it could have been a stronger challenge to BJP in next general election.

Lalu is known for his immoral acts. Now, the fact is. Lalu won more seats than Nitish. I'm sure over a period Lalu is going to become a thorn in the side of Nitish.

Style of Lalu's politics and Nitesh's politics is different. Lalu will try to control Nitesh with remote. We will see that Lalu Withdraw support from government and make government with the help of congress.

I don't think Lalu will do that mistake. He is too shrewd to know the result of all such things as he is passing through such a stage where any mistake will prove his political harakiri

Actually all parties are similar. The leaders and party workers come from same social background and same culture. It makes hardly any difference who comes to power. Even then it it satisfying that fascist and communal divisive politics has been defeated. This will have impact on future elections as well.

Lalu has the record of taking Bihar into negative growth during his regime and Rabri continued this state of affirs and now with two more adding on...Nitish will have a tough task on his hands controlling Lalu family at Bihar , and BJP should make sure that he does not cast his shadow along with another family of his kind on the center
