Aromatherapy is the practice of using volatile plant oils, including essential oils, for our well being both mentally and physically. 

But even the other medical systems like Ayurveda and Homeopathy involve use of herbs and oil for treatment.

In Aroma therapy the oils extracted from different plants' bark , root and leaves are used.. They are known as essential oils which have many health benefits especially stress relief.
