It is usual that during work, men and women come closer and also form marital relation. But this is not same in all jobs. In medical and agricultural jobs, there are more chances of marrying in same profession.

In ref. of India Persons who are in medical profession have more chance to marry. But here in agriculture peoples who are working at their farms are most of from one family so here is no chance of marry with coworker.

Even in medical profession also chances of arrying may be there in few cases. But not all.
