Significnce of party candidature

The fact that his own party is  distributing the party tickets for the Bihar assembly is nothing but the betrayal of the people according to BJP MP. R. K Singh. This itself says all.

The party tickets aare similarly sold by all parties except Left parties.  Apart from auction, mostly party leaders are from same family.  These parties are run and managed like private limited companies.  Apparently, it matters little whomyou vote. The winning candidate is one who has paid for his candidature. No doubt he will first recover his investment made in party ticket and then make some profit.  How can you expect to end corruption?

 The thought that corruption will come to end is like chasing a mirage. The candidate who buys his party ticket is nothing but ridiculing the democratic set up. These are the politicians who make democracy a Sham.

And there is another question associated with same issue- what happens when an elected member changes his party after winning on a particular party? As you said it comes under a common program by all political parties in India which is nothing short of mockery in the name of democracy. And that's why we need to limit the number of parties in Indian political system.  

Exactly. Fence sitters are known as " Jumping Jacks " in the political parlance. They get elected by using a party and jump into another party for the reasons known. Right now there are three cases of Jumping Jacks in the Apex party in AP. The verdict is about to come in a day or two.

The matter is not related with only AP but the entire country is suffering from such politicians.

I quoted this example of AP. Because I'm living in AP and  well familiar with the situation. It implies, that such conditions are there in every state.

Elections are an unrecognised form of industrial ventures run by families or group of persons. So to create liquidity they have to  sell the right of their logo during election time. The one who buys it is in fact entering into a business venture by investing a high price which he naturally wants to recoup later on. This is the franchise model. When parties collaborate than it is the Joint Venture model. When they go all alone it is 100% manufacturing model. Smaller parties do business by import or export of members. Voters are the market place where these operations take place under the watchful eyes of the Election Commission. Any problems?

Oh... Quite an impressive array of different kinds of business models. I could get an insight into this, hitherto unknown to me.

Yes I do agree elections are like business now. People start the party and sell the tickets and purchase the votes of the best rates. Politians even sell their party also.

Politics is the best form of business investment in the country today. The ROI is very good and one can control what citizens are supposed to eat ,drink,wear, see and talk.

Both Politics and religion  are the best business investment presently. I agree with you ROI is the good tool in the hands of the people.
