One knows his/her choices best to his own needs so will leave it on individuals to decide.

Definitely. Life is full of choices. Choose the one that suits you and embellishes your life.

Actually nobody chooses the waste options. These come spontaneously.  If you don;t select suitable option, the wasteful will occupy the space.

Good post. But I feel instead of the long list of 50 negative points we should avoid, it would have been better to suggest 5 positive things we should concentrate. It is better to concentrate on what we want instead of what we don’t want.

That's how one can pave the way for a happy life. That is look into yourself and enrich what you have already. Leave the rest.

Focus on things what you do not want or wish to happen is a good point to ignore. Generally we do this and this leach our peace and happiness.

Everybody choice better ads per their thinking but sometimes it turns wasteful as you saying. But if you you say choice wasteful then i think no body would like to choice...because everyone wants best and good.

Prioritising and focusing on essential and important things will help avoid wasting time on unnecessary. But the kind of time-wasters that have been described in the link involves maturity and wisdom of the mind.

We tend to waste time when we invest it somewhere else. For instance, some teenagers invest time at present enjoyment rather than the future planning and then they regret. So it depends over our knowledge, thought-process and philosophy for life. At times, people make a good choice but it gets turned into waste due tp destiny.

This list is for those, who do not know what they want and what not to embellish their lives and are in constant search wasting their precious time.

You have very rightly pointed out that we must concentrate on what to do and not on what not to do. Another point on which I would like to focus is that the list should not be long because then, following the whole list becomes quite stressful. A few do's will help to maintain concentration which will produce a better result.

You need not follow the whole list. Start with an easiest task, which you are sure of accomplishing. Success in the very first instance boosts your morale This initial success will rejuvenate you. With this new found confidence, move on to the next tip. At the end of the day, you yourself will be astonished to see your progress.
