Yes, I agree with you @ Gulshan Kumar Ajmani, that Cognitive computing helps business many ways- enhancing consumer satisfaction, business efficiency and many other ways. Cognitive computing  is also talked about as Artificial Intelligence presently. Machine intelligence has always been one of the topics that has caught my eyes in the field of technology. 

I am not able to open the link but reading the reply above, I can say that Artificial intelligence is the talk of the time and it opens many business avenues. AI is invading all fields from health to education. I will come back once I am able to open the link and read
