But the school children and also office employees stand attention while chanting the national song. Movement of limbs does not appear necessary for them.

I agree. As a rule National anthem demands attention and respect.All are expected to stand in attention. But the video is to stress on National integration. Which is why singers and eminent musicians drawn from the entire length and breadth of the country
