For a good health we should sleep at night and complete our tasks during daytime. Irregular sleeping disturbs our body's clock system. Our body also has some alarm system. Consider, if you have not habit of waking up at 5 a.m. and you try to wake up by setting clock alarm for 3 -4 days, then after 3 - 4 days you would not need any alarm to wake up at 5 a.m. You will automatically wake up at time.
