Priyanka Vadra yet again blocks an RTI application..

She definitely has a lot to hide and everyone knows the spurious deals the Vadra family has been involved in. That is why she is doing so, but how long will she be able to hold investigations and how long Sonia can influence it, is a matter of time.

I totally agree with that...I wonder whether Sonia Gandhi herself has declared all her foreign properties and bank accounts as per the new rule where you need to disclose all your foreign property holding and bank accounts that brings in remittance into your domestic account , provided you are a ' Citizen' of India ..

Obviously Sonia has not declared all her properties, especially in foreign countries. Just recently Lalit Modi alleged that she had asked for an enormous amount of money to be paid to her sister in Italy, whether he is right or not is to be seen,  but there has to be a grain of truth in that. That way, she could have accumulated a lot of wealth outside India.

Gandhis do not mind grabbing land in different states with their political influnce but they do not believe in government acquiring land for public welfare. I heard Rahul shouting with clenched fists- We shall not allow government acquiring an inch of land' only yesterday. How will the government go ahead with development plans without acquiring land? Rahul must know the days of congress are over and we have yet to watch what NDA has in store for us amid infighting among  the political parties which is not at all helpful for the development of this country.

She indeed has in her maiden name Antonio Maina...When we were in Italy last year one of the tour guide was from a place called Luciana , which is where her entire family lives and she is a well known figure there.He was telling how they have become on of the richest families now although they came from very humble background...

RTI applies to government departments operating under public funds to which public has a right to know details. Priyanka does not fall under that category and can therefore plead that she should not be forced to declare her property details, which is legitimate right of hers. If Priyanka and Sonia have acquired properties illegally in India or abroad , the present government should investigate fully and do it fast.Otherwise it is purposely kite flying to keep the issue alive so that gullible people believe anything against whom they do not like without proof.

It is their typical double standards...Rahul Gandhi with his controversial background should think a hundred times before criticising Modi...With so many skeletons in their closet the Gandhi's still have the audacity to poke fingers at others !

 When Rahul Gandhi criticised Modi, " Your Govt. is a Suit and Boot Government Modi retorted Rahul Gandhi saying " " Suit and Boot Government is better than "Suit case Government."

Maybe the rule is in favor of Priyanka but why should she use it if all's well?

Exactly, especially since there are so many question marks about the Family right from Rajeev Gandhi and Qutrocchi days..

And who is this Priyanka ?  Daughter of erstwhile empress and now sans crown. She boasts at the top of her voice standing atop Kutub minar  that she was the one who gave the RTI act to the Nation.A shameless party Congress that ruled this country and ruined the Nation..

I sincerely hope not ....Everybody knows how the Gandhis have got away each time with their scams managing to put blame on others.At least now BJP should go all out to bring in justice and nail Vadra and others connected with the illegal land deal

The past record of the BJP is not encouraging. During 6 years of power of Vajpayee not ONE CONGRESS Leader was convicted and Bofors kickback case NOT SOLVED. This is a fact. I was posted at Air HQ in Deli at that time and it was common talk in defence Ministry that BJP is not keen to go after Gandhi family. i will not quote the reason here. Can you imagine that one year has passed and nothing has happened to vadra.  Do you think anything will happen? BJP is  involved in a recruitment scam in MP for 8 years and what is happening? 

Exactly. Why have different party governments not exposed the widely perceived illegal wealth amassed by other party high ups. Because they are all in it together is the only conclusion one can draw. Members are so convinced about who pocketed how much and also spent it on what  and @MGSingh will in an almost titillative  style not quote the reasons but yet no one is hauled in law. Vadra has therefore good chances of escaping scot free as BJP will be forced to go in for a trade off with Congress due to the scams being uncovered in States being ruled by it. Many members will be heart broken!!

Common talk may not be the truth but just a rumor...However, Bofors case was handled in suh a way by the Congress party that all the main players like Qutrochhi were given a safe passage out of the country and even when the case was heard abroad, India did not put up any solid case, instead helped him...So why blame BJP for that, one cannot close the stable door after the horse has fled ! As far as Vadra case is concerned, let us wait and see and not draw conclusions even before things have started moving . According to the Haryana government  sources “The scams of Rahul Gandhi's suited-booted (well dressed) brother-in-law Robert Vadra will definitely be probed, but in what way the probe will be held will be decided by the Chief Minister." 

Jumping to hasty conclusions at this stage especially considering the fact that the new Government inherited a waste land. Courtesy Congress. Modi Government has many problems on its neck. It is better to take a sound decision instead of committing grave mistakes. Remember no civilisation or country was built overnight.

The  latest news on this ..A full bench of theHimachal Pradesh State Information Commissionhad on Monday directed the Shimla Additional District Magistrate (ADM) to release information relating to the land deal of Priyanka Vadra near Shimla, within 10 days.

The entire VIP and VVIP culture is created by the Congress party to make their leaders and their sycophants get away with scams and corruption...I sincerely hope that with an enlightened media this VIP culture  hits the dust and people have true democratic rights at least now..
