The saints are worse than criminals.  The 'saints' have so many 'ashrams' rather forts.  The real sainjts do not need such forts.  Saint kabir and Tulsi Das had no ashrams like this. Government needs to dismantle all ashrams. There is a belief that you need some guru (religious saint) for salvation. Such belief leads to establishment of religious mafia like Asha Ram.  Recently we saw such more mafia terror in Haryana. surprising the 'devotees' remain loyal to the 'gurus' desapite clear evcidence of their criminal activities. 

These saints are doing fraud with Indian public, only a few came into light. Still there are many saints remained who are to be exposed.

Why is the trial not taking place. Why? Is it to facilitate "witnesses"/ @GKAjmani can throw light as to why trials get stuck? 

Justice is being delayed because many of these god men's disciples are political leaders.And many thieves under the guise of Social workers.

True, religious leaders can go to any length as proved in this case ...The Rich and the famous literally get away with crime and murder and lord it up like it has been happening again and again in our country like it happened with Salman Khan. His fans dont see anything wrong with what he has done, so do Asaram's fans !

Most of the followers are both rich and prominent politicians. This is why these unholy God men escape from the law.

Many people have blind faith in these saints. Even well educated people have faith in such god men. In case of Asharam also, still there are people who believe that he is innocent.

Faith makes the people blind. God men will be there in the scenario as long as people with blind beliefs exist.

Some real saint's existed on earth, who really helped poor and needy people to make our society better. But today these fake saints have started business in the name of religion and get support from politicians. These saints have number of followers and politicians take these followers as vote bank and help these saints to get votes.

Real saints never needed Ashrams. They live in their own hermitages with the sole aim of spreading knowledge and humanity. Present saints are business men. They do business in the name of religion.

These saints are actually businessmen operating under the umbrella of religion and that is how they should be seen. They are only interested in asset creations and brainwashed bhaktas are eager to oblige.

I feel they are really intelligent. They en cash the gullible people who seek a short cut to reach Moksha or salvation.

Is judgement in India is done only on the basis of money and power. Why the Asharam's case is pending so long.? If we have witnesses and culprit, why not the court is giving its final decision? 

Apparently all the witnesses killed have already been examined by the court, so not a threat to Asharam and his case since whatever damage they could do , they have already done.It is either revenge or someone who has a different agenda altogether , killing witnesses systematically ..

Everybody knows the reason for delay in judgement of Asaram's case. He has a brigade of devotees consisting of Political bigwigs, Stinking rich people. Politicians interference and the rich people's ability ti close the mouth of Judiciary are the reasons for delay in judgment. I will not be astonished if one day a verdict comes out as, "  The case is closed due to lack of evidence."

Witness protection bill is very important now -- should be passed fast.

That " Witness protection " is important is known to you and I. But the Government which claims to be an active Government should know. We know how whistle blowers are being subjected to many hardships.
