Ful statehood for Delhi

In this election BJP never promised full statehood for Delhi, as I see press conference of AAP which says that BJP is retracting from its election promise, which I think blatant lie as I have seen most of them are very used to speaking false as if it is true. BJP never promised this in their recent manifesto in Delhi election. 

Delhi is the capital of our country, it can't be given as a full state status. There should be some control of central government as it represents the whole nation. If it is converted into a full state then it is under the control of a single person, i.e. the chief minister of that state. There are offices of both center and state governments in Delhi and many other important offices where work is to be done independently without any interference of any state government.

AAP we all know that it's well known for inventing controversies to divert the issues and malign the Ruling party. No one takes these statements seriously.

Eitherway Congress was  the first party to come up with the statehood promise for Delhi and now as expected is typically showing its double standards by slamming Kejriwal for when he is demanding it.They fear that Kejriwal will be one up on them...

Then I do not understand why the BJP is dragged into this. AAP should direct its venom on Congress.

Everywhere, in the world, especially in national capital regions such as Washington DC and some other, there is no full state hood, there has to be semi states but why AAP is demanding and making mockery of democracy only they know and the people of Delhi who have voted hugely for them must also now learning how AAP wants to stay in media always. 

As I said AAP more interested to keep itself in the center stage . It cares little on Delhi's statehood.

No question of any statehood for Delhi. AAP is just flogging dead horse for political mileage

Very true AAP lives on its staple food, "Controversies".

Will the most polluted city become less polluted if it were to get full statehood? AAP is a party of armchair politicians suddenly become lucky because voters of Delhi wanted cheap power= that is what they are getting now cheap politicians.

It seems Delhites for cheap power elected a "Cheap " leader.

Cheap leaders will lower the system to their lower levels instead of rising themselves to higher levels. Shows how voters can be indirectly bribed through state finances for selfish ends. Voters have to change.

There is a saying in Sanskrit, "Yadha Praja Thatha Raja ". Like people like Rulers.
