Indian Army entered into Myanmar and wiped out the terrorists inside Jungles. A swift action that had no injuries in Indian side but only enemies were killed. It was a perfect surgical operation . For the first time India acted like Israel or America do.

It is a befitting reply to those militants responsible for killing 18 soldiers in Manipur in the deadliest attack in recent years. It was a joint operations with Myanmar. Jai Jawan.!!!

No, it was not a joint operation but indian army did it alone. The myanmar was taken in to confidence though.

Ok. Even if it's not a Joint operation Indian army desrves all credit. I can proudly say now Indian army has come of age. No more cheek slapping is tolerated.

Indian Army has done something that was never done before. Now the enemy will think twice or thrice before their future plans. Even other countries will take the incident as a serious warning.

I agree with you Sunil. Indian army has turned a new leaf in the history of Army. There are no words to describethe Army's dare devil act. Now Indians can heave a sigh of relief . The Nation is in the safe hands of army. Yes the army's action sends a message to the war mongering nations, who took the army for granted for several years. My salutes to these Heroes.

It was a perfect plan chalked out by Indian Army Chief, PM, and Mr Debhol the Defense Adviser . The Commandos  carried it out swiftly killing terrorists without actually counting the dead bodies.

And  the best part of the operation was there were no casualties in the Indian army. I know the dramatis personae   who made the impeccable Screen play.

I am glad that the Indian army has carried out this operation.Terrorists need no mercy at all and I sincerely hope that at least NDA takes good care of our army men by providing them with proper equipment and combat gear since they have been treated quite shabbily all these years ...

It is clear from the swift action by the army that NDA has given a free hand to deal with any incident that jeopardizes the country. It is needless to say NDA's determination to  to keep the integrity of the nation is a way different from erstwhile governments.

It was joint action by Indian army and air force and well supervised by great spy and intelligent master NSA Ajit Doval who incidentally skipped Bangladesh tour of PM to supervise and flush out terrorists inside Burma within 100 hours, as per news paper reports it is 22 terrorists who are neutralized but it seems it is nearer to 100 and their base camps are removed. Some media say it is Burmese government's approval but some are saying Burma does not support it but the fact of matter Indian forces have neutralized terrorists on alien lands just like US and Israel do. Political will matters and PM Modi swiftly approves this move. Special forces of Indian army bundled with 10 to 15 members in seven to ten groups and begins gorilla attacks on terrorists on their land during depth of night, there is no causality on ours side.

To put it simple Army's action in Myanmar, indicates the impeccable military strategy of Indian brains.

Indian Army should be provided with good quality equipments and protection as these were the things that were responsible for loss of life in military department in some cases in the past. It is a great operation that India have carried out and shows that Indians possess the capacity of perfect and aggressive instincts combined with caution. This will infuse a new strength and outlook of Indian Army.

As I said earlier, the present Indian army is well equipped with all the equipment necessary to face the enemy, whoever it may be. Courtesy, The think tank of Defense.

India realized soft dealings like protests like earlier days will be of no use.

I agree with you, Indian Army is in need of several modern facilities and I believe India is in touch with Israel, the country that is most efficient in such a technology.

This is a great strike and a welcome change from old policy of not crossing the border by previous regimes. One can expect more such actions in future, but the real test will come in striking the camps in Pakistan. That is not a cake walk.

There are at least 52 training camps in Pakistan of terror groups which are identified by CIA. Its about time a plan was made to neutralise them, but in this case the USA must be kept in picture. As I said going into Burma and Pakistan are two different  cases. However  this operation deserves all the praise possible.

Who can say? Perhaps the strategy of striking  the camps in Pakistan may be on the cards. Yes, it's not Cake walk, but not impossible. Am I right?

Good come back by Indian army. If politicians did not make much politics Indian army will show its power and prove it.

No way, The Army cannot move without consent of government and they have to look at various aspects of the outcome of such actions. However, the need is to send a strong message and India did that with great action plan.

Aggression was never part of Indian army. Recent act of entering Myanmar and striking at the rebel camps sends a message that there is shift in Military strategy

Indian junior Information Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore told TV channels that the "hot pursuit strikes" had been authorised by PM Narendra Modi. This establishes the fact Army is empowered to plan and execute on it's own without the intervention of the government.
